A little about me. I grew up playing and watching sports. I played all the traditional sports. Football, Basketball, and Baseball. I was a 3 year Letterman and played some football at a small Jr college. I also earned my Eagle Scout Badge at age 12. It was instilled in me at a young age, that if you want to be the best, you have practice and work harder than every one else. I have used this philosophy in every segment of my life.
I always had an interest in golf. However, growing up I didn’t know anyone who golfed, and golf was during baseball season, Not knowing what I was missing, I chose baseball. Looking back, I would have chosen golf!
My love for golf developed a couple of years ago, due to a knee injury. I wasn’t able to be competitive in the football and basketball Recreation Leagues any longer. Needing the drive of competition, I began golfing. Golf is hands down the most difficult sport I have played. The mental strength, the constant focus you must have is intense. The only person you are competing against is yourself. I love the challenge.
My wife and I met in beauty school, which was the last place she ever thought she would meet her husband. We both have been hair stylists for 12 yrs and have owned our salon for 7 yrs, We have been married for 10 yrs and have 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. Hadli 8, Xander 6, (my boy), Teagan 4 and Sami 2. I would love more, but my wife is happy with 4.
My family and I have always been athletes and love competitive sports. It wasn’t until about 2 yrs ago that my love of golf develop. Since then my focus has been golf, and my main goal is to become a scratch golfer.
My passion for golf has turned into a family affair. It has become one of our favorite family activities. My older two kids are in a competitive golf league and love it. Family is very important to me and my wife. Anything we can do together is a huge plus for us.
My love of golf now being the family sport, I started teaching the fundamentals to my wife and children. This is what formed the idea of the Center Gravity ball. Rather then me teaching them, the ball became a huge success in showing my family of new golfers how to understand putting motion and see instantly the direction the ball rolls.
